22nd April 2007 Windsurfing: Brog Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered: I\\\'d planned a day of biking around Stewartby with the kids, starting from Brog. We took the camping stove, plus a BBQ + loads of grub. Arriving 11:30, there were a few out on big kit. So I rigged. Plus I sent the kids out on the Perception for a nice paddle. Keep them amused while I went off to play. It turned into a pumping contest with Mike and Annette- thinly disguised as practice for Thursday nights. Then an hour on: get the bikes out. 1:30 round Stewartby, followed by BBQ. Denise was a bit mad as we took too long, we did lose 15mins to a puncture. Still it was a nice action packed day out. |
